Have a cuppa, meet other parents/carers
The Chill 'N' Chat started as parents and carers told us they wanted more time to chat and look at resources. At our sessions, you can share your experiences with other people in similar situations, ask for information and advice from Northorpe Hall staff and spend time looking at resources and websites.
Chill 'N' Chat sessions are designed to promote self care. The environment is relaxed, refreshments are provided as well as some optional pamper activities to promote not only self care but personal emotional wellbeing.
We have the following Chill N Chat sessions available at Northorpe Hall:
- Thursday 21st July 10:00am - Northorpe Hall
Chill N Chat- Extra
Wednesday 19th October from 9am-2.30pm- Northorpe Hall Barn
Celebrating our Kirklees parents and carers we are offering Chill N Chat Extra, a whole day of information and discussions with knowledgeable and caring hosts around topics such as Introduction to Children and Young People’s mental health, supporting anxiety, living with neurodevelopmental issues including behaviours which challenge and how to maintain positive emotional wellbeing.
