Thanks for your interest in working with Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust  - an independent Kirklees charity, working closely with NHS and Council partners to improve young people's mental health.

You'll find we're a friendly, hard-working, mutually supportive and enthusiastic team.  Volunteer with us - training, support and expenses are provided.Employees enjoy generous annual leave (8.3 weeks a year including bank holidays), flexible working, good support and development and a monthly staff lunch.   Self-employed counsellors enjoy regular work, prompt payment and we provide rooms, equipment and deal with all the administration so you can concentrate on working with young people.  We're committed to equality and diversity, proud of our information systems and supportive of all who work at the Trust.

Volunteer Coordinator

Counsellors

We're looking for excellent, experienced, qualified, registered counsellors able to work after school and weekends in Mirfield and Huddersfield, to work therapeutically with young people.  This is a self-employed role where you offer a block of availability, usually 4-8pm.  VACANCY NOW CLOSED - 2 July 2020

 

 

Project Leader - Create

The Create Project is for young people with learning disabilities.  Create groups meet weekly for social, fun, confidence-building activities with supportive staff.  Groups are on Wednesday afternoon and evening in term-time.  £24,210 (pro rata 37hr FTE), 8hrs/wk (Worked mostly term-time Wednesdays from 3.30pm).   Download the Job Description and apply online now.
