Therapeutic counselling provides a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. With support from an experienced counsellor, it can help you make sense of your feelings and offer practical advice and guidance about coping. At Northorpe Hall we specialise in children and young people's emotional wellbeing and mental health however we offer support, including counselling, for parents and carers too.
