As a charity, we aim to support young people up to the age of twenty five. At the moment, unfortunately, we have not secured funds to provide services to those aged 19 and over.
If you think you need some mental health support, you should talk to your GP.
Kirklees Council has some information about mental health services provided by local third sector organisations and our partner South West Yorkshire Partnership provides NHS mental health services to adults as well as CAMH Services.
We offer some training and awareness raising courses, to help anyone understand young people's mental and emotional health better. See our training page.for details.
If you can afford to pay for your counselling, our Trust Wellbeing service, offering counselling to adults, may be for you.
