Trust Wellbeing is a counselling service from Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust for adults who can pay for counselling appointments. We have a great space upstairs in the Packhorse Centre, right in the middle of Huddersfield.
We’ve seen the difference counselling can make to people’s lives, reducing anxiety, improving confidence and self-esteem, changing habits and transforming relationships.
We know that there are more people who need counselling than our grants and funding enable us to reach and Trust Wellbeing aims to offer a fast, accessible, sustainable counselling service to those who can pay for the service they need.
How does it work?
Trust Wellbeing is a self-funded service, charging a fee for each appointment. This way of funding the service means that no referral is required – you can simply choose a counsellor and appointment time and book when it suits you, paying securely online.
There is also the option for us to invoice your employer, if they agree to pay for the sessions. Fees are passed on to counsellors after Trust Wellbeing has deducting any costs incurred.
We check every Trust Wellbeing counsellor is qualified, insured, experienced and registered with the BACP to ensure safety and quality. Find out more about each skilled, professional counsellor below.
Your first appointment can be booked online by clicking this button: Book Appointment
If you don't want to book online you can call 01924 492183 and ask for help with making a Trust Wellbeing counselling appointment.
You can cancel and rearrange your appointments up to 24 hours before and we’ll send you an email reminder for appointments and any changes. Any appointments not attended or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not have the fee refunded.
Remember that this is a Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust service, so any profits support the charity’s work improving children’s mental health in Kirklees. Confidential, emotional support when you need it, provided by a trusted Kirklees charity.
Most of our appointments are in our space in The Packhorse Centre in central Huddersfield (see map below). Enter the centre from the Market Square and the glass door on your left is ours.
