Database Support

Many charities do good work with young people, but cannot evidence the difference they make, or explain to funders clearly what support they have provided to children and what difference it has made.  Monitoring and evidencing the impact of your work with young people is essential.

Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust have developed easy to use, flexible database systems to provide managers, trustees and funders with the information they need.

This database allows us to understand our work and the difference it makes.  We can say that we have provided 10,000 contact hours of support, or that 550 children and families have been supported.

When we work with your organisation, we will provide you with a complete client database system, which tracks referrals and contacts, records assessments and produces reports demonstrating outcomes.  It can manage appointments and workloads of staff or volunteers.

We also have a room bookings system that can deal with bookings, enquiries, invoicing and catering requirements.

There is no charge for the database - you just pay for the time of a skilled IT professional who understands voluntary organisations and children's organisations.
