Sponsored walk raises £1000

Young carers of all ages, and those working and volunteering at Northorpe Hall, have raised over £1000 for Northorpe Hall Trust through a serious of local sponsored walks this summer.

Friends and family have been generous in their sponsorship amounts.  "It's such a good cause." said one grateful parent.

Half the funds raised will go for additional activities or equipment for young carers, and the other half will help Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust to support other children's mental health through mentoring and counselling.

Young carers are amazing!  Well done everyone and thank you!
